The availability of products
Under each product is indicated the availability thereof.
"In stock" : the product is available in stock
"Product available for orders" : the product isn't in stock and we start manufacturing upon receipt of your ordre
"Out-of-stock" : the product is no longer available and orders are temporaly suspended
Transport of your package
Shipments take place from Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
Your package is sent after receipt of your payment, within a period which differs according to the carriers. The following carriers are available:
- Colissimo in relay point
- Colissimo at home
- Colissimo at home with signature
- Mondial relay
- UPS Economic
- UPS Express
- TNT Economic
- TNT Express
- DHL Express
Some carriers are not available for all destinations, please refer to step 3 of your order after choosing your delivery address to see the prices and delivery options in your country.
Deadline for submitting packages depending on the carriers:
- Mondial relay, Colissimo relay point, Colissimo at home and Colissimo at home with signature: all orders received before 2 p.m. will be deposited the same day (during working days)
- UPS Economic, TNT economic: all orders received before 4 p.m. will be deposited the next day (during working days)
- UPS Express, TNT Express, DHL Express: all orders received before 1 p.m. will be deposited the same day (during working days)
The estimated delivery times are indicated in step 3 of your order.
Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide with a link that lets you track the online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products .
Packages are oversized and protected.
Time limit In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. After communication of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this period of 14 days, you have another period of 14 days to return the product or products affected by the withdrawal. The 14 days are calculated according to the law in force. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period referred to above, only the price of the product (s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining your responsibility.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) allowing them to be re-sold in new condition, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for a optimized management. In the event of depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, your responsibility may be engaged.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions, you will find attached the standard withdrawal form to be sent to us at the following address: EQUUS DENTAL HARMONY – 85 Chemin de la plage – 69270 Rochetaillée sur Saône - France. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by any means to EQUUS DENTAL HARMONY and in particular by post or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) expressing your desire to retract without any ambiguity, and mentioning the order concerned by this withdrawal.
Once the form or declaration of withdrawal sent to EQUUS DENTAL HARMONY at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your order, you must return the product (s) concerned to EQUUS DENTAL HARMONY within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 14 days of sending the form or the declaration of withdrawal to EQUUS DENTAL HARMONY.
When returning goods, the customer must have insurance for transport. All equipment returned and lost by the carrier cannot be charged to EQUUS DENTAL HARMONY.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules in force, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made up according to customer specifications or personalized.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, EQUUS DENTAL HARMONY will reimburse the sums paid at the latest within 14 days from the date of recovery of the product and according to the same means of payment as that used for the order (except your express agreement for a refund by another means of payment). No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.
