"The rigid frame that the light is mounted on provides for extra stability.  The light fixture is made of aluminum and is balanced with the attached battery (mounted on the rear of the headgear), which makes it very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.  This headlamp provides a long battery life for practitioners who work long hours.  The LED bulbs are powered with a regular cell phone charging battery that can be purchased nearly anywhere.  No more paying for expensive batteries that won't stay charged all day. Our headlamp is rugged and will tolerate the regular abuse that the rest of your equipment is exposed to.
